Ray Wings - what can I expect?

I have a Ray Wing cooking in the steamer as we speak. I'll be tucking into it shortly.
I've never tasted this type of fish before, so can anyone tell me what to expect?


Answers: A very strong slight earthy taste similar to plaice or flatfish. Needs plenty of pepper to garnish..
