Here is a website.

I've seen it at Wal-mart before. A Lady that had been my Sunday School Teacher when I was younger gave me a box a few years ago. I had never seen it before. It was so pretty!!

Here's one for little ribbon candies Vermont Country Store If that is the Christmas candy, then it will be out around the holidays. Try the Vermont Country Store. um...at walmart you can get it only during christmas time. but you can go to candy stores--usually downtown of the major city in your area. Around the holidays you can find it Walmart. I've also seen ribbon candy at the various "dollar stores". Should be out soon, Its usually marketed around Christmas. Sure they do! Christmas Tree Shops are one seller. Not that I recommend this site, but just for you to see, here's an on line retailer. The only time I see it is during the holidays.
Wal-mart, K-mart, and some of the dollar stores have it. candywarehouse.com It's typically easier to find around the holidays, you may want to look into old time candy shops that may be in your area or online as well. It's kind of hard to find this time of year in mainstream stores. Good luck find your treats! I don't know where exactly they sell it. I would go to an actual candy store if I didn't want to waste a lot of time looking around. Candy stores seem to be prevalent.
