What's the difference between a bially and a bagel?!

Question:

What's the difference between a bially and a bagel?

Answers: Bially has no hole
Bagel has a hole

Like the other person said- it's the same dough and boiling/cooking process.

I find the biallies around here rounder and doughier than the bagels. The bagels tend to be flatter and chewier-perhaps it's a regional thing. Same dough and baking process, but biallys don't have holes in the middle and they're a little flatter than bagels. Same taste, though.
