Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
4 teaspoons sugar equivalent such as splenda
4 ice cubes in a pitcher mix ice cream milk and if desired candy. mix with a potato smasher until is mixed well and enjoy Blender!

Put in milk, fruit, ice, and whatever you like. :) ice cream, flavoring (my mom uses bananas) chocolate syrup, strawberries, etc. milk.

I don't know the measurments. We just kind of experiment. A scoop or two of this and pour or two of that. Well i usually add chocolate syrup and milk with ice cream and just mix them together,Good luck!^-^ use a blender

put in milk
your favorite ice cream or pudding
a tiny bit o ice

and blend untill silky! you can actually buy something that makes milkshakes,it is a tall like cup with a plastic lid,the lid has funny square shapes on the inside, place your ingrediants inside & shake,i used to do this to make thick shakes, really nice, you could use a stick(hand)blender,or if you want to go the cheap way,in woolworths, bilo, etc, they actually sell a little box of 6 sachets that you add to a glass of milk & stir, this produces a thick shake or a milk shake, the brand is called "whiles",they come in flavours of strawberry, latte, and i'm not sure about the chocolate.
