Question:

What do you eat for breakfast? How can I spice up my breakfast from the old typical eggs, cereal, oatmeal?

Every week day I eat breakfast, I have about 45 minutes for it. Lately it's just a orign cycle to eat, cereal one day, eggs the next, oatmeal another day, fruits everyday, etc. I just wanted to know if anyone has any new idea for breakfast or something to change this monotonous cycle of breakfast.

Answers: Well I dice up half a tomato, use about 1 tbs of olive oil, heat it up, add the tomato, with a little onion powder, cook it for about 5-7 minutes, results are suited to your personal taste.

Then I either add eggs and scramble them together with the tomato and heat up three flour tortillas and make egg tacos

or

I easy over eggs then pour the tomatoes over the eggs then eat them with the tortillas...I love to break the yolk and mix the tomato directly into it...

man I just got hungry...I think I'll go make some right now!

later and good eatin' yum bacon!its wonderful with breakfast and yummy toast breakfast burritos, sausage, eggs, onion, potato squares, cheese cooked in pan, then roll burritos with it. keep the eggs on one half the pan until they take form a little bit before mixing it in with the other stuff. When I lived in England we used to have Mixed Grill for breakfast. It consisted of -fried bread, bacon, fried liver, or fried black sausage, fried tomato. We sometimes have that now.But how about a fruit smoothie? Do you have a Blender? put any fruit in blender.Mix them if you like.Pear and Strawberries are Yum! They can be fresh or tinned.Put a glass full of milk in.You can add a raw egg if you desire.Blend and enjoy.Or have Sardines on Toast.Or scrambled egg and bacon, and yummy fresh bread.Gosh! I can't wait until Breakfast. I find it interesting to eat different foods that are favorits of different countries, British people eat...baked beans on toast, that sounds so strange, but a cup of hot tea with milk and sugar, and two pieces of toast with baked beans on it, gives you, proten, and its low in fat, and high in energy......and the spot of tea.....makes you feel very very English......
