I like them with either just salt, ketchup, honey mustard, or barbecue sauce. As long as the outside is crispy and the inside is light and potato-ey, not underdone or soggy.
I've never even thought about trying ranch or sweet and sour. Is it really good?
My kids and I also like to dip them in Frosty shakes from Wendy's. naw..im bout them tots!!1 i hate fries all of the above, i also like the hot mustard from mcdonalds. I love french fries. The best kind are the homemade ones. I like them cut the "steak fry" way. I prefer them with just salt or with salt and ketchup. all of the above Yummy french fries, I love to eat them dipped in Helmans Real Mayo,,,,,,,,,,,I like them from Burger King.......I also like curley fries from Arby's dipped in there mustard sauce, that is the best sauce in the world........now you made me hungry ........gee........I have to go to Arby's tomorrow..... my son uses gravy
mine, ketcup w/ mayonnaise Yes, I like to dip them in mayo! Ketchup only hope i picked the right one ketchup!!!! I freakin love french fries...and usually use ketchup but sometimes I mix a little tabasco sauce into some ranch. Sweet potato fries are awesome too. I think nearly everyone loves fries. They're pure fat. =) I prefer mine the shoestring type with just a little ketchup. McDonald's are my favorite. Yes, especially hot, and crispy on the outside. I like to dip lightly in Ketchup. Love french fries with lots of white vinegar and salt. Once in a while I also like a little ground pepper. Yes, a little too much I think.
Ketchup mostly but sometimes vinegar or gravy or poutine (Canadian dish with gravy and cheese curds) i love them. my FAVORITE is honey mustard or gravy (the white kind that they have at hamburger joints and bar/grill restaraunts). I also like ketchup and bbq sauce.
Too bad i'm on a diet and can't have any of the above! bummer...you must made me hungry. I really like the big steak fries (hot and fresh) at Perkins...and I order a side of their chilled Bleu Cheese dressing to dip them in........MMMMMMMMMMMMM, I love it!! it depends on where they come from and i usually don't dip them Yeah........I like them plain. Of course all the above the some flavors or to dip it to combined the french fries i love french fries and i would dip it in any of the things u just listed plus

Best dipped in a chocolate shake. Sooooo good. Also good layered in a hamburger. Or with chili, cheese and onions. I'm getting hungry. I like to have crispy french fries, then dip them into melted garlic butter. mmmmmmmmm.... just don't visit anyone for the next 3 days!!!
