Please evaluate my breakfast ? (from a nutritional standpoint)?!

Question:

Please evaluate my breakfast ? (from a nutritional standpoint)?

I've been trying to eat better, more balanced breakfasts. Here's what I ate for breakfast today:

1 whole grain bagel w. 2 tbsp 95% fat free cream cheese (about 65 calories for both tablespoons)
1 (small) cup black, decaf coffee
1 cup extra-pulp orange juice
1 cup fresh blueberries

Calorie total: approx. 265

So, please, someone evaluate this !

Answers: Your breakfast menu is great. It is very healthy along with being low in calories and fat. You have the health benefits of the whole grains and the fruits. I don't think you could do any better if you tried because this breakfast is filling and a great way to start the day. YuM! Extremely healthy - good job. Actually it makes me hungry and looks like a very healthy and low calorie breakfast... Good luck with it... It looks fine. You need to make sure you get enough calories for the whole day...calories are energy..we need them for any activity including breathing, thinking and everything else we do or our body does on it's own. I would mix things up a bit and remember that breakfast should be the biggest meat of the day.

There is a saying that says Eat breakfast like a King, eat lunch like a queen and eat dinner like a pauper. Also, snack on healthy items throughout the day to keep your blood sugar even. It helps with metabolism too! Very good choices.. You can substitute Peanut butter(one tablespoon total) for the cream cheese if you like for a change of pace.
