If it's made out of corn shouldn't it be yellow? Include sources.

Type "white corn" in their site's search window. Scroll down and the first item is the one you need. Don't need a source to know that a kernel of corn is white inside...to get corn flour the kernels are ground to a powder...there would be more white inside than yellow outside...therefore...the flour appears more white...VOILA
