"Regular chocolate" in the rest of the world, is called Milk chocolate. It is cocoa lightened in flavor and color with milk, milk fat, and/ or cream. Usually less than 20% cocoa.
Dark chocolate - does not contain milk. Other than that is any chocolate that is 30% cocoa or higher. The higher in percentage of cocoa you get, the less filler you get. Filler being fat (losing that silky feeling) and sugar (that sweet taste). Dark chocolate is high in anti-oxidents, lower in fat and calories. has traces of depicote and seritonin, the two chemicles in your brain that make you happy!
White chocolate - contains 0% cocoa! Its all sugar and cocoa butter (aka FAT!) and usually vanilla flavor. White cocoa is the worst for you, being its all sugar and fat. But it is right tastee.
Personally.. i prefer dark chocolate. I like regular chocolate...no sugar, no milk, nothing added, just the bean and the cocoa mass. White "chocolate" is mostly sugar, and in order for chocolate to be white, they probably had to bleach it or do some strange processing procedure.
The ingredient "chocolate" often can contain other things than just the cocoa bean...so chocolate had a wide variety of types and often you cannot tell how cheep it is just by reading the label. I stick to the 99% dark chocolate chocolate bars because they have the least sugars and other unnamed products (and that kind of chocolate is actually healthy to eat! really, that stuff good!). I love, love, love, nuts and chews. Aren't regular and plain the same? I like milk chocolate the best I think...depends on my mood. Different chocolate for different moods! =] A really good smooth milk chocolate, Swiss made .I dont like white chocolate ever since I ate it when I was a kid and got car sick while eating it coming home from Disneyland. White chocolate is not technically chocolate its just cocoa butter without added chocolate liquors But I personally LOVE Dark chocolate its very super yummy and packed with antioxidants! =D I like white chocolate if and only if it's from toblerone..(yummy!)..i like milk chocolate if it has nuts in it..especially almonds and peanuts (m&m's) I like white chocolate.
