Answers: I would take it back as it could have been tampered with. Why don't you buy fresh ones. They are ever so much nicer and they keep quite a while in the fridge. I wouldn't use them, just to be sure. Although it's quite unlikely, it is possible that someone purposely ripped the bottom of the bag to put stuff inside. Brussel sprouts safe!>>>>> NEVER I'd go back to the store. You'll probably get a replacement AND a coupon or something. Might as well. No better to be safe than sorry Why risk it? Throw out the bag and get a new one. What are you out...2 bucks? Better than getting very sick! don't eat them take them back I would say yes only if you cook them past 140 F. Steaming them in the Microwave would work. However, if they might be freezer burned so I'd give them a look before going through the trouble. I'll say to return it back to the store. Someone might have touched it.. if it was me i would throw the whole bag away. why risk it?
