Does anyone have or know????


Does anyone have or know how to find a list of foods like fruits, vegetables, grains… that tell you what kinds of vitamins are in them and what they are good for?
Example: Spinach…has iron, folic acid… good for anemia…. ,and so on.

Sorry, I don’t just mean anemia. I mean a list of all different kinds of healthy foods and how they do our bodies good and why. Spinach was just an example of the types of information I was looking for. But thank you Chef Matthew!

Although this article is for juicing, I would imagine that the vegetables serve the same purpose without being made into a juice.
