What did you eat for breakfast,luch.dinner,and snacks yesterday?


this is part of a science expirement .
i have to ask at least 10 people what they ate on a week day and on a weekend day , so if you could put what you eated today tomorrow i would apreciated.thanks in advance


Answers: Friday:

Breakfast-Oatmeal, 1-banana, 1 glass of orange juice, 1 cup of green tea, 1 cup of coffee

Lunch-1-single hamburger, ice water

Dinner-1-Fruit yogurt with flax seed

green tea and water between meals

Saturday:

Breakfast - 1 cup of green tea, 1 glass of water, 1 cup of coffee, 1-fruit yogurt with flaxseed.

Lunch - 1-plain single hamburger

snack- 2 cups of popcorn

Dinner menu tonite- 2 tilapia fillets, 1 cup of brocolli, 1 half of pear, 1 cup of fat free cottage cheese.

green tea and water between meals Breakfast: Raisin toast, two slices and an apple

Lunch: Meatloaf sandwich (from homemade leftovers)

Dinner: Veggie thin-crust pizza

Snack: Apple with peanut butter usually i have a slim fast bar for breakfast, grilled chicken
salad w/ oil & vinegar for lunch and pasta for dinner.
since we were doing inventory at work and they paid for
food i had a slim fast bar for breakfast, bacon cheeseburger
and seasoned fries for lunch and pizza for dinner. snack
i had a beer. for breakfast i had cereal and an apple
for lunch i had pizza
and for dinner we had macaroni
and i ate for snacks hot cheerios and a can of pepsi cool ha lets see
breakfast- granola bar
Lunch- peanut butter and honey uncrustable and a few of some other peoples fries and an apple juice
Dinner- i had some sutffing and some chicken and greenbeans
Late night snack- flour tortilla and cheese and some cottage cheese Breakfast Yesturday: Apple Juice with a Donut
Lunch Yesturday- Buffalo Chicken Strips with Fries and a Slurpy
Dinner Yesturday- NA
Breakfast Today- Orange Juice
Lunch Today- Saussage from Gates BBQ
Dinner- Chicken Burrito From Chipotle breakfast : cereal
lunch: turkey roll ups
dinner: home made chicken and dumplings
snack: one orange Ok since it's for a serious cause I won't be a smartelek.
Breakfast-A can of ice cold Pepsi
Lunch-Another can of ice cold Pepsi and some pretzels
Dinner-4 pieces of pepperoni pizza and 4 cheesesticks from Pizza Hut
Snacks-A few oreos, a bag of microwave popcorn.

Dinner--steak, pasta

Today...
Breakfast--nothing
Lunch--hotdog, cheetos, juice
Dinner--no idea yet Friday:
Breakfast: muffin with a slice of ham, glass of soy milk
Lunch: Pita bread stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, grilled turkey an lettuce; An orange for dessert
Dinner: grilled spicy chicken with brown rice and broccoli, and a glass of wine

Saturday:
Breakfast: I had a muffin and egg sandwich (homemade) and lots of coffee
Lunch: Beef Stroganoff leftovers
Snack: an apple
Dinner: yet to be decided; probably pork chops or pasta
