Breakfast foods?!

Question:

Breakfast foods?

what are good things to eat for breakfast that are rather quick, besides cereal and milk? milk makes me feel sick when i have it in the morning.

Answers: I always try to have something with protien, it will take longer to digest than just carbs. This is a list of some easy things i can think of
bagel with cream cheese
Toast with pb (or a toasted pb and j sandwich)
handful of almonds and fresh fruit
protein bars
yogurt
fruit and cheese
I also like to throw in Lean pockets (really easy to make) nutri grain bars. or toast a bagle with a bit of cream cheese on it Eggs. Full of protein, which gives you energy to burn in the morning. If you don't like eating plain eggs, put one in between two slices of bagel along with stuff like lettuce, tomatoes, etc. Tastes great, and fantastic for the morning. I keep a bunch of mini bagels w/ 2 different type of flavored cream cheese, and jams. It's quick and if I need to take it with me, it's not much to wrap and go. Also, breakfast bars, but watch what's in the bars. Also, I like to keep the Brown and Serve sausage patties or links in the freezer for a quick change on my bagel.
The combinations are endless. Enjoy!! garnola bar, if you dont have that just eat nothing QUICK AND EASY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE

Tear up 4 slices bread, any kind, and place pieces in greased baking dish (13"x9"x2"). A pretty oven to table casserole would be a good choice.
Brown and drain 1 pound bulk sausage meat or links in skillet. Drain off fat. Cut links in slices. Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese.

Beat together 6 eggs, 2 cups milk, 1 teaspoon dry mustard (optional), 1 teaspoon salt and dash pepper. Pour over mixture in baking dish.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes. The cheese will rise to the top during baking. Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Prepare this the night before, cover and refrigerate. Breakfast cooks without any effort. Fruit. Poptarts, egg, granola bars, or a bagel.
