FISH: bad or good?!

Question:

FISH: bad or good?

Fish contains too much mercury. Fish contains essential fatty acids for your health. So is it good or bad?

i love fish. i do eat it in moderate amounts. but i'm wondering if it would be harmful to my health otherwise?

Answers: Better fish than red meat but avoid salmon because it's almost not "natural" anymore. In a moderate way you may eat everything and just enjoy! Fish is really good for you. Much better tha meat. Some fish contains more mercury than others but I do believe that the benefits of eating fish at least twice a week far outweighs the benefits of five days of beef. A couple times a week is about it. Eating fish is good for you. Personally, I would rather steak or chicken. But its all in the taste buds!
