Over medium, served with toast so I can soak up the yummy yolk... Hard Boiled, then eaten with a little salt and pepper. OH so good. Cooked preferably... thanks.. but if your asking specifically, I love them scrambled with some home made sausage gravy and biscuits, yum! poached over easy, i want to eat one just thinking about it. Boiled about 4 minutes so the yolks are still a little runny and then in a bowl with salt, Tabasco sauce and black pepper. over easy scrambled On a plate....... with chips! Either scrambled with some chopped spring onions,cherry tomatoes and cheese stirred in then stuffed into a garlic pitta pocket, or, fried and served with chips, peas and a pork chop! I can eat an insane amount of egg and tomato sandwiches! Mmmmmmmm! Darn but I'm hungry now!! Scrambled, deviled and boiled.
