What is the difference between Pate & Meat paste?



Answers: The price? pate is liver paste ( I believe it is goose liver) and meat is regular meat I think they are the same...Paté is french and it is a spreadable paste usually made out of meats and liver. Meat paste I have never heard of but sounds like it would be Americans name for the same thing. Paté is posh and expensive, the other is not!! posh people eat pate and chavs eat meat paste. Pate is the name pretentious twits give to meat paste meat pate contains liver, pork, chicken or duck livers usually and meat paste in ground meat with additives xxx
