Dave's brain bank YES! But it's more cancer causing! The more well done the less fattening. Try turkey bacon, you don't have to burn it. It tastes just like bacon. I use it for BLT's and bacon bits in salads. no not necessaraly bacon can be less fattening if you cook it out of oil.
