I think fried rice and sweet sour chicken...etc...are all "fast" food...mainly because they dont take a long time to make. i donno if thats how they do it there, but mcDonalds is like a five star restruant there cuz its authentic american food. its not too good for you cuz of all the msg and sodium, but its ok every once in a whille. steamed white rice is what i always get, and thats healthy for you. omg i luv veggie lo mein! i twirl it like spagetti on a fork and then get some rice on it and eat it all at once. sooooo goooood;) I think all Chinese food is fast.. I never wait more than 10 minutes for mine.. but as far as the Micky D question... do you really have to ask...?? I don't think any Chinese could be anywhere near as bad as that! Try EL CHINO LOCO.

You can eat it as fast as you want. ohh yummy, chinese food, yum!!!! Panda Express is pretty good. They have a variety of foods on the menu, all the things you mentioned. I have only had the sweet and sour pork and the shrimp. Those my favorites. Panda Express is a fast food restaurant with a drive though window and indoor seating. pick up stix or panda express, places like that are chinese fast food
i don't think it's quite as bad as mcdonalds just don't have it all the time.
