Or melt butter in a pan, add some brown sugar and stir till it's bubbly. Toss is handful of walnuts and stir until all are coated -- a minute or two. just takes water, brown sugar, white sugar,walnuts and water.
disolve sugar in water
bring to a boil in a sauce pan
add the walnuts
turn down temp to simmer
keep stirring untill thickened and well coated.
turn out onto parchment and spread out. let cool. trader joes
