How do you like your white fish??


I like mine with lots of fresh herbs and white wine... how about you?


Answers: Fried, of course, with chips and malt vinegar (and a little tartar; and not just that BS mayo and relish stuff, put some chopped onion in there at least).

If it had to be another way, for you gourmand types; broiled with a lemon-butter-caper sauce. Dash of wine in there, if you please, Pinot Grigio. Source(s):
I am a fried fish. (Duh! but not in a rude way) I don't eat fish. I like mine fried with sweet and sour sauce, chinese style. Sauteed lightly in butter, fresh garlic, minced green onion, with a little salt and some lemon pepper. Yum! Fastest meal on earth! I think that hubby needs to go fishing agaiin! make a foil parcel with herbs, olive oil, wine or vodka and bake for 20 min..... i add Julianne veggies too Fresh, just marinated and cooked in vinegar and lime juice with salt, ground pepper, and shallots It tastes good when it's breaded and fried to a golden brown crisp.
