About green and red apples?!

Question:

About green and red apples?

Everyone knows that the green foods are the best for you. Does that include green apples? I've always liked them more than the red. They're sweeter. So what's the facts on back?

Answers: Red apples and green or yellow apples do differ in a substance known as phytonutrients. These are trace nutrients that we have difficulty reproducing in a lab. They are all extremely good for you in their own special ways. Although, you must actually eat the skin to benefit from these antioxidant properties. Just keep eating an apple a day no matter what the color! Source(s):
