If I eat no vegetables what's so ever..?


Is this bad? i really don't like any foods and i'm not really that athletic.. i love meat and stuff like that pasta, burgers, fries, chicken fingers.. but not vegetables, salad, etc..

what health problems etc. could lead following this bad eating routine?

Stop telling yourself you don't "like" vegetables- you've either not had ones prepared right (I can totally relate to this!), or you haven't tried enough. Vegetables are a such a wide range of foods, it's impossible to dislike all of them! Canned ones aren't going to taste as good as fresh.

What about sweet potato "fries" baked in the oven? They're so much better than regular fries (all you need is a little olive oil & salt).

Have you tried butternut squash soup? Jicama salsa? Parsnip chips? Zucchini "fries"? Guacamole? I could go on and on....

You need to branch out on the foods you eat not only for your health, but for your taste buds too! Variety is the spice of life :) Source(s):
Life I have a friend who smokes too much, drinks too much does no exercise and does not eat his veggies - he is 30 and has already been in hospital lots due to ill health. I can't remember all the problems he has had but they would have all been prevented with a healthy diet and lifestyle. so yes eat your veggies. you will die early.

plain and simple. yes, it is bad. You need a well balanced diet and what you are eating will slowly make you gain wieght and cause you problems from lack of nutrition.

and by the way, fries are made out of potatoes, and last time I checked. they were a vegtable. meats and fried foods are high in fat.

That means the fat can stick to the walls of your blood veins and arteries and cause blood clots and lead to heart attack and storke.

Vegetables have fiber you need to clean your colon.

Not eating vegetables to clean your colon can cause waste products to build up on the sides of you colon and can lead to colon cancer.

You don't have to give up the foods you like completely, but a balanced diet is important for a healthly life.

It is definitely worth learning more about a balanced diet.

They have no pasta or bread either.
South Beach is a healthy diet, though because of the other stuff on it, like nuts for fiber.
Your diet lacking in fiber can cause colon cancer and heart and circulatory problems.
You can get fiber from whole grain breads and pasta, then your diet would not be that bad.
Milk and eggs are good for you, too. you sound like the typical american... fast food, carbs, no vegetables. by not eating fruits and vegetables you arent getting all the nutrients you need. as for what you are eating, sounds like you are on the road to obesity. You probably only have until your about 30. Frankly, you deserve it too, for neglecting your body and it's needs.

You're also probably really fat, or you WILL get that way if you aren't already. That's totally disgusting. Are you my Grandson? If so, listen to the comments above!
