What do u normally eat for breakfast?
do u have that break fast because you really like it or just because you don't have time and you need to hurry and go to work and that is the fastest one?
Answers: What ever I want to eat. I almost always have time to eat breakfast or whatever meal it is.
I like to have cereal with milk, pancakes, eggs, toast, coffee cake, or leftovers. Though I don't eat all these in one breakfast. Sometimes it is just orange juice. Sometimes frozen waffles or pop tarts.
Cinnamon bagels with cinnamon cream cheese are awesome.
Right now we have about 15 boxes of cereal because my daughter moved back in with us and she would go to the free food give outs and they always gave out lots of cereal. So that's mostly what we are eating now. Coffee ~O) I live on it. This morning I had french toast with syrup, ice cream, strawberries, and powdered sugar on top. And oh yeah-bacon, too. That was just today, though. Yesterday I had a quick bowl of oatmeal. Being in middle school and having to catch the bus at 6:15, some mornings I have more time than others! Depends. oats with banana , because it's fast and it's good for me. i dont have time for it.
but i sometimes it eat at school. like a bagel or something reguardless i always try to get some milk, and if i can OJ I usually have croissant with a fruit salad(mango, pineapple,passion fruit and strawberries) with Greek yogurt, i also have juice. if I'm in a hurry then i blend my fruits and the yogurt and make a smoothie. Coffee and a Carne Asada Burrito This is something I like, but it has too many calories.

When I do eat it I usually eat two of them. Cereal (usually the ones loaded with sugar) and a glass of grape juice. I can't wait to get up in the morning and make a good cup of coffee. Love it... If I have time to eat I like to saute some onion and cubed tomato in a little ghee and olive oil and after a few minutes I'll pour three scrambled eggs on top. I like my scrambled eggs with some catsup and a touch of hot sauce. Then I toast two slices of whole wheat bread and spread on some butter and apricot jam. I make my coffee with three shots of espresso so it's pretty strong and I only have one cup so I chase everything down with a glass of orange juice. I have a slice of fresh papaya after both because I like it and because I hope it helps my digestion. As part of me diet, I drink a protein drink for brekky. My breakfast consists of a can of coke and a cigarrete. I know it's not healthy but this is all I want. Around noon I will eat a few chips and dip. At night I'll eat a frozen meal. You have to understand that I'm a widow and don't like to cook for just myself. Once in a while I will cook a meal and it will last me 3 days. The rest of the time I eat a frozen meal.
