Did i eat healthy?!


Question:

Did i eat healthy?


i ate special k in the morning it was in a smallish bowl

then for lunch i ate a sandwich(turkey provolone chees cucumbers and tomotates is all i put in it)

then i camr home and ate special k agen XD small bowl and i ate some fish soup

to many calories?

yes i am trying to lose weight! If you are trying to lose weight, I would recommend actually eating more calories than you did.

Make sure you eat at least 1200 calories (yikes..I know) but otherwise your metabolism will shut down and you won't lose any weight no matter how little you eat.

Just make sure to eat healthy - whole grains, protein, fiber...

Special K is a decent choice for a cereal, as is turkey for the lunchmeat.

Drink plenty of water too! It actually sounds like too little calories....are you trying to lose weight? yap. Not enough calories here...your body is one step from slipping into starvation mode...It should all add up to 1200 calories a day...no less YOU EAT VERY HEALTHY I THINK YOU HAD A TOTAL OF ABOUT 1700 HUNDRED CALLORIES NOT TO MANY ITS JUST ENOUGH.
