Yes Peach, Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

Glenfarclas (I spelled it as two words) is an unusual whisky. Their 12 YO is used to make many of the blended scotches that Americans like (a blended scotch is vodka with scotch added for flavor).

Many of the famous scotches are blends: Dewars, Johnny Walker, Chivas Regal.

The Glenlivet and Glenffiddich are the most popular single malts in the U.S. The 12 YO Glenlivet is a fine glass of whisky.

If you want to check it out, find a place that serves Dalwhinnie. It's expensive, usually around $7 per ounce, but you only need one. Dalwhinnie is the smoothest liquor in the world.

TD No.But at the present time I am having a pleasant liaison with an 18 year old single highland hand crafted by the sixteen men of Tain Glenmorangie malt. Now she is smooth. Had several drams of 38 year old cask strength Glenfarclas a couple of months back... only 90 bottles were released (one single barrel) so sadly they are now only a memory. Never what is it whisky or some kind of champagne/i..Dark ale or lite ale beer is good also Must have been Toronto, about 25 years ago and that one was 40. Love those single malts. Peaty, but smooth. Shlainté!
