Frozen Turkey?!

Question:

Frozen Turkey?

Can you eat a turkey that has been in the freezer for a year or should you throw it out and get a new one?

Answers: yes you can ive done it many times because the place i worked would give us turkeys each year for thanksgiving but they would give them out the day before thanksgiving and usally by then i have already had one thawed out so ijust stuck the new turkey in the freezer and pull it out the followig year. it has never been freezer burnt or bad and it stilltastes very good and it has its juices still Personally, I would never keep a turkey in my freezer (or aANY meat, fish or poultry) for more than 3 months.
