Pluse your waisting my time and you didnt answer my question . Nerd! So happy for you that you got a job! Be courteous and friendly, but not overly friendly. Not a lot of chitchat either, because people who stop at a fastfood place want their order as quickly as possible so they can be on their way. Also, pay attention to details. Make sure their order is correct before giving it to them. Good luck Marz! Treat the customer like you would expect to be treated and you'll do fine. Some will be unreasonable about things but take it in stride and do what needs to be done. Maybe before you learn how to treat people, you might want to learn the English language - I'd advise you to delete your question and re-input it correctly. As it stands at the moment, the grammar is lousy as is the spelling - you'll never make a manager in a fast food restaurant if you're unable to string a sentence together - will you? Be polite and maintain a calm and cheery tone. Customers don't want to be yelled at, even if you are happy and outgoing, too much can spoil a fast food experience. Be patient with customers that get on your nerves or have a hard time hearing you (or you hearing them!). Always thank the customer and tell them to have a nice day or enjoy their meal and smile alot!! When you are in any kind of customer service whether it be fast food, retail (marshall's, wal-mart), treat others as though you were that customer walking through that door.

If you are with a customer, make sure you greet them with eye contact and a smile. Most times when you are on training you will have a name badge saying "in training". Not all the time though.

I would get a good night's rest, at least 8 hours. Wake up eat a hearty breakfast ( a piece of toast with oatmeal and some kind of fruit), of course do you bathing.

Just remember it may be your first day on the job, and many of people have been nervous. Just go in with a positive attitude, if you don't know something ASK QUESTIONS (the only dumb question is the one not asked), have patients you wont know everything the first day. I wish you well, and remember you might come across an angry customer (smile and if you can't help them get a manager.) OK, smile and be sincere. Listen. Don't lean against the wall or have your hands in your pockets. When told to suggestive sell items such as fries or a larger drink, just pick something that goes with the order. DO NOT rapidfire the customer with suggestions, especially if they are off base such as an ice cream cone with that fish sandwich. Keep calm, be nice, work hard and all will be well.
