I don't care if you call them Bull fries, Prairie oysters. swinging steaks or the very creative headless and tailless shrimp, I'll pass on the whole deal There are too many other things to eat I pass on the mtn oysters. Thanks anyway. You might like chitlin's (pig intestins deep fried) you mean goat balls? If you mean who has EATEN (not ATE) RM Oysters... then I have... and I think they are delicious but very greasy and quite heavy taste wise. No, I would NEVER even consider trying them.=) Here in Canada in the western provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewean, they are called Praire Oysters or Fries not the potatos kind.

As a chef I cooked them along with sweetbreads and other organ meats, you first poach them as they quite spongy if not done that waht, slice them, then dip them in seasoned flour or batter and fry them in butter or deep fryer.

I used to serve them with various sauces, mayo based or evena sweet slightly hot chili sauce.
