Does it mean that there really is no fat. Or what? I was kinda confused on that.Someone please help. Thanks!

Answers: Look at labels on other low fat items. Who knows why they put "low fat" on something with no fat. But, don't assume that low fat always means "no" fat. If food has no fat, it's usually labled NO fat. The term "low fat" has more to do with advertising and selling that with nutrition or truth, all it means is that the manufacturer thinks that the contents are low in fat.
