Answers: Kashi has a whole line of cereals with great stats. Some are organic, and all have tons of fiber to promote digestive health. Fiber is great because it helps make you feel full on less food. Also, compared to other cereals, it has low sugar counts. Too much sugar might make you crash later in the day. So try some Kashi. My favorite is Cinnamon Harvest. It has more sugar, but its still very good. honey bounches of toast? pops and honey nut cherrios Special K, Vanilla Almond Crunch. Its pretty good for a healthy cereal! I like the yogurt burst cheerios. There really good and good for you. Honey nut cheerios are also delicious. You can get them pretty much everywhere. frosted mini wheats!
