i'm a vegetarian and i don't like oatmeal. i can make a lot of things.
Answers: You could have a cheesy omlette, or just scrambled eggs. You could also have a regular old bowl of cereal! You could even make hashbrowns. Also, you can have fresh fruit (apples, pears, berries, grapes, oranges) with whipped cream or cottage cheese. Also a favorite of all breakfast eaters: pancakes, waffles, or french toast with butter, syrup, and whipped cream. Because you don't get protein from meat, try eating peanut butter toast for some protein. All these thing will make a well-balanced food. Peanut butter and eggs for protein, pancakes for a treat, and fruit for a sweet snack with lots of vitamins! For a drink i'd suggest a glass of orange, cranberry, or apple juice, or a cup of coffee or milk if you're not have cereal. Hope you like my ideas! Topped with a little Salsa if you like something that you can eat!! Boiled Egg corn, noodles, sandwiches How about 1 scramble egg, toast and a juice to get you going. Maybe some Special K cereal and the water they have now. Just keep it light. Biscuits and "Sausage" Gravy

Cook the biscuits according to package directions. Meanwhile, saute the sausage crumbles in about a 2 teaspoons of butter. Mix in 2 tablespoons of flour. Stir this around for about 2 minutes, till the flour is a little browned. Add in about 2 and a half cups of milk. Stir until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the gravy over split biscuits. Great with a fried egg on the side. toast and marmalade, pancakes with maple syrup. A nice omelette with peppers and stuff in it and a glass of O.J.
Or perhaps a fruit salad with bananas and applaes and grapes and apples and lemon juice poured onto it.
Cereal with a bit of fruit and sugar.

A nice toast with P.B and J.
A bagel with cream cheese.
A salad with pecans and stuff is also tasty!!!

You might want to try to make your own soymilk and meat substitues like gluten. You can even use the soymilk to make your own soycheese.
I've posted a link below which has the recipe for homemade soymilk and gluten. Oh me golly! This is the best! Have vanilla creme mini wheats with a peice of toast! Or a cinnamon raisin bagel, eggo waffles, or this is what my mom likes: an toasted english muffin with a little butter then make an egg and put some texas pete on it (and sometimes cheese or bacon) then eat it like a sandwhich!!!! Buy an Indian Cook Book! Indian food is mainly vegetarian. You will be amazed at the number of vegetarian possiblities and the lip-smacking taste. eg: Sambar, Dosas, idlis with chutney, parathas, naan, ... upto infinity. ;-)
