Is sea salt healthier for you than regular table salt?!

Question: Yes! Sea salt has ALL the trace minerals in it, and has nothing in it that can hurt you. Iodized table salt on the other hand ... did you know that the iodine they use isn't even the right kind? That iodine is a Nuclear by product!
Sea salt, also, is not all the same kind of salt, so you don't get problems with things like too much of just one kind of soduim. It's a mix of lots of kinds of salts. It tastes saltier, too, so use less of it.

Regular Salt had extra ingredients that don't taste as good as Sea Salt: Calcium silicate to keep it free flowing (that's never been a problem with sea salt), Iodine (goiter is not a problem anymore), and Dextrose to stabilize the iodine.
When you taste them side by side Sea Salt will win every time!
.
It is better in that it does not have any additives, plus it tastes better. Kosher salt is good, too.
