Answers: I have an alfredo sauce in the fridge sice like 3 weeks and I wonder if is still good? It smells normal and everything but the package just says refrigerate after opening.

If this is a Jared sauce that you kept refrigerated after opening, it is probably still ok although it will not be of the quality when just opened. You will know it is spoiled when it starts to mold or smell and tastes very fruity due to yeast contamination. I would guess 3 weeks is about the limit but without more information it's hard to say. I wouldn't keep it much longer although it won't hurt you as long as you keep it refrigerated.
