    6 slices bacon
    2 French rolls
    Thousand Island salad dressing
    Slices of lettuce
    Slices of tomato
    Shredded Cheddar cheese
Cook bacon and drain on paper towels. On 1/2 of a French roll, spread dressing, then add lettuce, tomato, bacon (3 slices per sandwich) and shredded cheese on top. Broil 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Serves 2.
Honey Wheat, sliced chicken ranch dressing
Or my fav...........Turkey and Swiss on sourdough
I am afraid I am a bit boring with my sarnies, cheese and piccalilli, chicken and salad... and the best? Salmon and cucumber.
Bacon, tomato & avocado on a hard crusty roll.

Egg salad w/ a slice of smoked salmon on a bagel.

Hot roast beef with melted mozzarella & sauteed onions on a garlic roll (my absolute favorite!)
Try putting your sandwich filling into a tortilla and rolling it up (you know....wrap). You can always try different sauces too...add a little spice with Frank's hot sauce or green Tabasco.

Change up the meats too....roast beef, corned beef (my personal fave), turkey, salami, pastrami, pepperoni, or a combination of any of these...and try pepper-jack cheese too for a little zing!
I'm a bit partial to anything with cheese. I had not an hour ago some strong cheddar with chilli and tomato chutney , hot! Another favourite is cheese, spring onion, cherry tomatoes, salad cream and cheese and onion crisps. If it's cold outside I like a hot sarnie, something like hot roast beef with lots of fried onions and some thick gravy in a baguette, yummy.
i used to make them (large large orders) one we used to make was cheese and grape with crushed nuts, looked awful and i never tasted it, but we had very big oreders for them, so they have tasted good!
My two favorite sandwiches are B.L.Ts and the Italian BMT at Subway. Whenever I make a BLT, I make it with delicious crispy bacon, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, mayo and fresh soft buttermilk bread. Yummy! When I go to Subway and order the Italian BMT, I get the Italian bread with salami, ham, american cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, onions, mayo and oil & vinegar. And I always top of my sandwiches with a refereshing ice cold Sprite or A&W Root Beer. Yummy!!!

My first love is cheese.- But if you want a kick try: Tabasco with:
    Tuna.
    Splash it over chicken.

B.L.T. is excellent with garlic mayonnaise.

Pastrami (very thin peppered beef) with horseradish.
Also, if you like English mustard - pile it on the ham...Enjoy & you get my star for making your own......xxx
Pastrami and horseradish sauce on rye bread is very nice.
