What can i eat for breakfast?!
Answers: I work night shift and i am usually hungry when i get off from work in the mornings but i am scare to eat because i always heard that eating and then going to sleep will make you gain weight. What are some things that i can eat for breakfast that will keep me from putting on extra pounds? And what are some other things that could help me.
It is a myth that eating before bed causes you to gain weight. It has more to do with if the activity during the day is enough to burn off those calories.
