I dont have an answer for that one but very good question i have asked the same one many times. Nobody has been able to answer it
Because it'll entice a lot of people (like myself)to purchase enough to even things out.
For those who are on diets and feel better that they haven eaten bread....
I have no idea, but very smart for pointing that out.
so you have to buy 2 packs of buns, clever marketing techniques. or some will prefer 2 sausages in the bun
Around here, for several years now both hot dogs and buns have come in packages of 10 each. They didn't used to, but so many people complained about having to buy so many extra buns, they changed it. Complain to the manufacturers!
Wasn't this question in the movie FATHER OF THE BRIDE with Steve Martin? He stole extra buns to make a point and went to jail!
so that if you lack for example 2 buns you will be tempted to buy anotherone.....
They tackle this question in the movie 'Bulletproof Monk'.
On the funny side ... to give bored people something to ponder over that really doesn't matter anyway. Heck ... who needs a bun to eat a hotdog?? Just gimme the hotdog.
It depends on what you get. The hot dogs I get come in a pack of 8.
