Just stay away from the brownies. If they're in your home, throw them away. Get rid of all mixes. Exercise a little willpower. I'm currently waging war on my chocolate addiction (I was notorious for having peanut m&ms in my hand by 8:30 a.m. - they go perfect with diet mountain dew) and if you put your mind to it it really isn't that difficulty. Quitting smoking is much worse.
Hypnotism sometimes works........think chocolate brownies and blood clots...and death....that might make you think twice about more than a few a week. Report It

    Like Willa says, you need willpower, But, it would also help if they were not convenient to get at. Don't take them to work, keep them in the freezer at home, just thaw one or two when the craving hits.
    Keep your mouth closed.
    Well, first bite tastes the same as the last, so do you really need 4? Maybe if you keeping thinking that, you'll limit yourself.
    anytime you go to eat chocolate drink a full glass of water.
    This normally helps with any craving, if you are really just craving the taste of chocolate you can buy a spread called Nutella its made from chocolate and nuts you can spread it on whole wheat bread and it will be much healthier and still give you a great chocolate kick.
    omg, ur just like me!! i like, can not stop eating chocolate, i'm up too 2 bars a day, so i'm taking advice, ty.
    eat chocolate ice cream low fat. it helps me. i eat a ton. lol. food is love for me. chocolate is the best but too much of it can get you addicted.
    Chocolate cereal. It's not AS bad for you as brownies. Or Quaker chocolate chip granola bars.
    maybe try eating fruit intead, it's the healthiest thing u could eat, maybe try buying your fav fruit, (mine is mango) and instead of eating chocolate eat the fruit.
    There's a wide variety, always have lots of fruit in your home:)
