Anything EXCEPT GOAT CHEESE!!! To see it makes me feel nauseated, to smell it makes me gag, to eat it makes me....well, you know! Man, I just don't know how ANYONE can eat that stinky sickly stuff.

My very favorite is sharp cheddar, then Gruyere....then Colby cheese comes in third for basic cheeses.
