2 packs of Easy Mac, prepared. Then add 1 can of tuna.

Less than 4 minutes to make Tuna Casserole Surprise (or whatever you want to call it)

I boil 1lb of large shell macoroni
drain
add velvetta
add a little pepper
and your ready to eat. good luck, best wishes.

1.boil 1 pound of elbow macaroni with a teaspoon of salt , till almost done, about 6 minutes...al dente( not mushy..still has a bite to it)
2.Drain macaroni (do not rinse).....set back on stove on low-medium and add 1 and 1/2 cup of milk and 10-15 slices of Velveeta or generic equivalent
3. Stir till cheese is all melted and blended
the mac & cheese will thicken as it cools down
makes 6 servings

I go to the $ store, get 3 packages for a buck, cook as directed and put in Polish Sausage chunks.
Left over fried chicken works, Tuna, and dice a Jalapeno pepper, a quarter of an onion. (salt and pepper to taste)
