Is an enamel coated pot considered non-metallic?!

enamel is a type of metal as far as I can recall.
Enamel coating is just a coating. The pot is metal underneath, so no, it wouldn't be considered non-metallic.

Ceramic or glass are the only non-metallic cookware that I know of.
