BAKED BREADFRUIT

1 lg. ripe breadfruit
1 c. water
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. light brown sugar or raw sugar

Place breadfruit in a shallow pan; add water. Bake at 350 degrees 50- 60 minutes or until tender.
Pull out core and stem. Place butter and sugar in cavity. Bake 5-10 minutes until butter and sugar melt. Serves 6.
