What are some healthy butter substitutes that actually taste like butter?!

Question: eat real butter just a lot less of it. you probably think it's worse for you, but at least your body recognises the 2 ingredients that are contained in it. The substitutes have so many chemicals that if you think you're doing your body a favour by using them instead of body you'd be wrong.

I use Smart Balance... I use it on toast and to cook without the guilt as long as you don't pile it on. :-)
