Mahi Mahi
Haddock. If you take it and put it with some butter, paprika, lemon, tomatoes, and whatever other seasonings you like. Wrap it in foil and then you can either bake it or grille it. It's Really good and the butter keeps it moist.
lake perch is good,grouper is also a fav my all time snook (when in season) or redfish
I love (baked) Salmon, (fried) Porgy, and (baked) Tilapia.
Pink salmon with a honey glaze baked to perfection.
Tilapia-it's mild and not fishy and easy to prepare
Has to be crab although im sure its not classified as a fish, a close second is orange roughy. Luuuvs orange roughy.
