Answers: It would be cruel to eat it if it was alive!!

True, it would also be impossible to cook it if it kept running away!
Thinking makes my head hurt.
And so tasty
My thinking is that beyond the fact that some might consider it cruel, who wants a squirming peice of meat in thier mouth?

I'm not gay-bashing here, so please don't go there.
Unless you are sick, one would not eat a living animal. People usually prefer it cooked. I don't and i think it is gross that people eat cows and not cats, that is hypocritical.
it would be cruel eating something alive but it happens everyday in the wild
Its kinda cruel both ways because when its dead its been killed, when its alive its just weird. Good question though!
Dont eat up the animals, you will get mad cow diseases and the rest of it. Please dont eat up the animals. There is enough fruit and veg and nuts and lots of goodness on earth, say no to using your body as a cemetry for the dead animals by eating up their flesh.
never think seriously. it's just a sources of food.
of course it would be - i hope that the animal that had to die for my meat was treated well and 'put to sleep' in the most humanely way possible.
I don't like thinking where it comes from, but I do think humans need meat in their diet, it's what our bodies are made to digest.
well, even dead, they die such a cruel death unless from one of those organic farms
yoghurt is alive. is it cruel to eat yoghurt?

many vegetables are 'alive' (in the sense that if you planted them back in the garden they would continue to grow).

(have you ever tried eating a cow while it was still alive)?
People do. Ever heard of screaming monkey? i think they do it in japan or somewhere over there. They have the monkey in the middle of the table with his head stuck in the middle. They get a sharp knife and slice the top of his skull of and they eat his brain while he screams. Im not joking and i find this very sick. I think one of my uncles experienced it but had to leave cause its so discusting.
Tough to chew as well.
It's cruel to eat when alive and it's unhealthy to eat when dead, so it's better not to eat meat..
Consider the poor entities we eat everyday that don't have a voice.

Consider the plight of the humble spring onion still trying to grow, against all the odds in cold and the dark of your fridge.

These entities are only babies, your anticipated response?

'Nature is cruel, I suppose.'

Eating cooked meat gives us the intelligence no other living entity has experienced, eating and drinking is essential to give us the energy we need to function, please don't make me turn this into a prolonged rant.

TY.
a fresh caught alaskan salmon filleted on the dock eating thin strips of the flesh uncooked with a bit of soy sauce in the midnight sun it dont get much better than that very thin strips paper thin
