Are Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwiches bad for your health?!

Question: in moderation they are okay to have every now and then. If you want to have them more often then try fixing up the sandwich a bit by using whole wheat bread and natural or reduced fat peanut butter. And instead of jelly used preserves. Enjoy!

yes especially penut butter
Not as bad as say eating a bag of potato chips.
Peanut butter is a protien. Bread is a carb. Everything is ok in moderation.
not if you just eat them as a treat... but most peanut butters have additives in them that aren't so hot for your caloric intake or fats.

besides so far all peanut butters make me feel sick for some reason. i'm not allergic to peanuts.

rather a drag.
there are alot of calories in it,mostly the peanut butter
it depends on what you're ingredients have in them.
healthy: whole wheat bread, natural PB, sugar-free (no high fructose corn syrup) jelly
unhealthy: non-enriched white bread, jiffy PB, high-sugar jelly
tips: try using fruit preserves instead of jelly
There are no bad foods.
The American Dietary Association states that everything can be included in a healthy diet, even potato chips to go with it.
But you can make it "better" for you.
Use wheat bread (3g fiber per slice min.)
Also use almond butter because it has a much higher vitamin/mineral content
Finally use low sugar jam/jelly or even sugar free.
I actually prefer the Smuckers Low Sugar Strawberry to any other. It has much more whole pieces of fruit and a far better flavor than the high fructose strawberry jam.
Depends, on how often you eat it, and how much you put on your sandwich. I buy low fat Jif Peanut Butter. Use mulit grain bread instead of white is better for you. Eat in moderation. There's a lot of people that are allergic to peanuts, so that is definitely a health issue. You can even buy sugar free or low sugar jelly.
