Indeed there is! Bigelow makes it, though I'm not sure if it is seasonal or available year round. I am in fact having a cup right now, coincidentally.

Pumpkin Spice Recipe
Ingredients:

4 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
2 Tsp Ground Ginger
1 Tsp Allspice
1 Tsp Nutmeg

Note: After you have used this recipe a couple of times, you can vary it to suit your taste.

1. Mix ingredients in a bowl.
2. Store in an airtight container.

BUT
Rain has the recipe and that is in my cook book as well...
as for a brand of TEA (?)
why not make an infusion of Rain's mix and just add it to your regular tea. Like the fancy creamers
