Friday- what did you have for dinner tonight..or are you going to have?!

Question: I had Kentucky Fried chicken again and then some frozen (cooked in microwave) shrimp fried rice. A frozen dinner like. It was disgusting. Oh, I also had cole slaw with the KFC. I feel sick after eating this kind of crappy food. KFC and fried rice.

friday is always fish or chicken night at our house. we had baked salmon, home made french fries, chef salad, and strawberry crepes for dessert.
I had a cheap frozen pizza. I was too lazy to fix anything else.
I had grilled fish with vegetables. (Why do you keep eating KFC when you know the consequences?)
We had whole wheat spaghetti with meat sauce and peanut butter on bread, milk to drink and apples for dessert.
Pizzzzzzzzza!
pizza hut!
omelet with onions, peppers, tomatoe and american cheese
I went to a baby shower and I ate delicious food. I had cake, shrimp cocktail, sushi, vegetables with dip and rice crackers. Then I came home and ate spinach and feta pizza and some potato chips.
For my family I did a Make Your Own turkey taco night. Choice of hard or soft taco shells, Seasoned meat, montery jack or cheddar, diced tomatos, shreeded lettuce, rice, home cooked seasoned black beans, fresh salsa, sour cream and guacamole. A fun friday feast for a fabulous family!!!! Love to you--MissDelanne
