I like sesame with lox cream cheese spread or poppy with olive cream cheese. [can ya tell I like salt?]

OK, here's a breakfast you've never had, but it's great, cheap, easy, and requires only 3 items.

Get your favorite type of bagel, but the 'original' version of this was with a pumpernickel bagel. Cut it in half, and toast it. Put a thin layer of spicy mustard on both halves. Then slice a garden tomato or a plum tomato thin, and put the slices on the bagel. Assemble the two halves of the bagel, and cut it in half the other way. Enjoy!

If you like it hot, use half spicy mustard and half Chinese mustard.
