What's the cheapest, most filling thing I can buy for a meal at Target?!

Question: I'm a college student, which means I'm always very close to being broke, and I'm stuck on campus for fall break, which means meals at the caffeteria are very short, and I've missed lunch and breakfast today. There's a shuttle running into Target in an hour or so, so I'm wondering - What's the best thing to buy for a good meal that doesn't cost a lot at all, and that will definitely fill me up?
Ramen is too high in sodium, sorry! And I'd rather eat something different...But any good suggestions at all are very welcome. Thank you!

Hello:

Oatmeal
Fresh Fruits and Vegetables
Yogurt, you can add fresh fruit to this
The Target around my area has a frozen section.......maybe try a lean cuisine or frozen pizza you can microwave. Its a quick fix and something reasonably cheap
