Whats a cheap price for an oven roaster chicken?!


Question: Whole chickens are normally around $1.49/lb here.
When they go on sale as 'loss leaders' for .69/lb I'll buy three, two for the freezer and one to roast!

$.25 would be pretty cheap.......but $.10 would be cheaper
